He wanted to travel to Nosra through the Rift in the Tower of Eternity, but while he was on his way the Rift vanished and the wise man with it. You spoke to members of the Shadowbringers in the research area. They said the wise man must have vanished because of an anomaly with the Rift. Konratu reported that the Fragment of the Tower of Eternity needed to be enhanced with Aether, allowing a stable Rift to open and the wise man to return. He asked you to collect material to craft Aether Enhancement Stones. Once you had collected the necessary materials, Konratu crafted an Aether Enhancement Stone and placed it in the Sanctuary Square to bring the wise man to Nosra. When the Agent saw how weary the wise man was, he asked you to wait until he had recovered.
