Theodricus said that the Aquans had information about the ancient crystal. Afterwards, you spoke to Daruku. He told you that some Aquans were trained to detect the ancient crystal's energy. Bakun, an Aquan who could sense the ancient crystal's energy, instructed you to go into a cave where he felt the energy particularly strongly. In the cave, you overheard a conversation between Oris and Beritra. They spoke of a plan to free the sealed creature. Oris discovered you, but you were able to stop him. When you reported back to Governor Bard, he said that the creature must be Ereshkigal.
