The Agent asked you to use all your resources to get the wise man from the Tower of Eternity to Nosra. Wizabo, the wise man of the Tower, wanted to take a look at the situation in Nosra first. He needed help because he didn't feel well outside of the Tower. You helped Wizabo and examined the Aether Fragments scattered throughout Nosra to learn more about how they affected Nosra. Afterwards you reported to the Agent. Since the fragments most likely come from the Tower of Eternity, one can probably use them to restore the Aetheric Field. He was overjoyed.
