You defeated the Elyos Vanguard and then sought out Agent Peregran at the Vanguard Campsite. Agent Peregran said that he and the Vanguard would take care of the Elyos and asked you to kill Piton, Lord of the Garden of Knowledge. After you had carried out the mission, you reported back to Agent Peregran.
