Weda told you that the Aetheric Field surrounding Esterra had to be reactivated to protect it from enemies. She entrusted you with a secret mission, namely to find someone who could achieve this. This person was a wise man who had lived near the Tower. He wanted to travel to Esterra through the Rift in the Tower of Eternity, but while he was on his way the Rift vanished and the wise man with it. You spoke to members of the Heavenly Lights in the research area. They said the wise man must have vanished because of an anomaly with the Rift. Ador reported that the Fragment of the Tower of Eternity needed to be enhanced with Aether to allow a stable Rift to open and the wise man to return. He asked you to collect material to craft Aether Enhancement Stones. Once you had collected the necessary materials, Ador crafted an Aether Enhancement Stone and placed it in Sanctuary Square to bring the wise man to Esterra. When the Agent saw how exhausted the wise man was, she asked you to wait until he had regained his strength.
