Randet said the farmers need to plant the Improved Seeds at the Havenjark Farm. Unfortunately, the undead farmers there made the task impossible. You got rid of the Undead Farm Residents and Undead Farm Workers so the settlers can safely cultivate the Havenjark Farm.
