Piloti had gained entrance to Padmarashka's Cave to find a special collectible item, but had been driven out by Padmarashka's Protectors. He asked you to help him. After you had destroyed Padmarashka's Protectors for him, he thanked you for helping him continue his work and gave you a reward.
