After eliminating Deatheater Mabolo you found a stone which was emitting a strange energy. You showed the stone to Oileus the Bounty Hunter to find out if Mabolo was a wanted criminal. Oileus said he wouldn't deal with spirits and referred you to Lavirintos, the Commander of the Holy Order of Miragent. You showed Mabolo's stone to Commander Lavirintos and told him what had happened. He confirmed that an innocent man had been accused of the deeds, and said he would help Zirius. When you passed this news on to Zirius, who was still hiding in the Marla Cave, he was overjoyed and thanked you.
