You obtained the materials and brought them to Soglo who made them into a sacrifice for the ritual. You offered up a sacrifice at the Hermit Monument. After you did, the spirit of the Aquan Zagus appeared. When you returned to Soglo and told him about it, he said that Zagus was once the king of his people.
