Polonius wanted to investigate the mutations near the temple in the Forest of Life and asked you to investigate the Ancient Ruin that changes between day and night. You gathered ruin fragments at different times and brought them to Polonius, who found evidence of different energies and assumed there was a mutation. He also assumed that the ruin was under the influence of a powerful being. He asked you to track down and destroy the creature in order to stop the strange phenomena. You returned to the Temple of Life after sunset and destroyed Aion's creation Einod. When you returned to Polonius, he said that the flow of Aether had normalised again near the temple.
