You met with Killios, reported on the Id research devices and told him about the traces left by the Dragonbound. Killios said that there were Dragonbound in the Underground too. He advised you to meet with the Reian Kutos, and get more information from him. You met with Kutos, the Brigade General of the Kahrun Guard, and told him that you would help deal with the Dragonbound. You were then introduced to the dungeon caretaker Cleyos. You met Cleyos and listened to his story. You then eliminated the Dragonbound, after which you discovered an Idgel Purification Device for contaminated Idgel. When you showed Kutos the unknown device, he didn't know what to do with it. He asked you to wait while he found out more.
